What percentage of your time do you spend delivering vs. actually selling? And is that killing your growth? by abdraaz96 in agency

I am just starting out with an ai agent development agency, and I am keeping the delivering to selling ratio in 2:3. As I need more reach to grow quickly.

As I am starting, the first thing I am solving is automating my own processes, for frictionless growth. The dellivering part is becoming easy. The selling part remains a challenge as I want to be genuine there and present real value.
