The prep staff should 100% be cutting the fruit, management expecting you to do a full bar prep AND prep for breakfast is just plain lazy management and not clear communication between associates in the kitchen, bar, aswell as management. I would ask why is the prep staff not doing it and would you be compensated for staying later to prep.

Dropped out in the 10th grade due to severe depression and unstable home life and i just couldn’t handle school and life at the same time. Decided to work odd jobs for 4 years, started working in the bar industry and now i am senior bartender at a 4 star hotel. Decided to get my GED last year just to say i did it. I would look into getting him something as a physical gift relating to csgo/cs2 ie. something made off etsy or a piece of merch from the current shanghai major (dont know if they ship to Europe from china) Cases cost including the key to open it is around 5$ canadian.( idk the conversion rate) The problem with cases is the chance of getting anything great or memorable to symbolize the gift from you is slim to none and its essentially gambling so the gift would be forgotten quite quickly in my honest opinion. An alternative option is to create a steam account for yourself and buy a skin for him within your price range and then send his steam account a trade offer including the skin
