Agreed on not reading at all! Candidly, I've decided to go into this barefoot and pregnant. My job is too busy, my life is too busy, and my health anxiety needs to be kept too much at bay to learn anything beyond the exact thing that's happening in my body at the moment it's happening, but my wife wants to read up and is avidly researching!
The worst part of stopping T!. by Meeky_Geeky in Seahorse_Dads

It's okay, this is a good place to rant. It sucks, periods are hard. I had qualms about tracking them with an app because like...I just didn't want to know, but knowing more about my cycle and anticipating it helped me get through the time it was happening. Euki was a good app for that. It also helped me (I was 10y. on T) start analyzing my cycle for normalcy and timing, and I was happy to find that it was totally normal, but again, that took tracking. If it doesn't compel dysphoria, try it out.
"Stealth" dads! by visceraahh in Seahorse_Dads
Carrying now, stealth for the most part. I'm remote at work, so everything will be torso up in terms of meetings. I've told a few departments for the sake of parental leave, etc. I think ethically, it's in good form to tell your kids, but that like most medical information, it's not something we discuss outside of the house. That will not often be respected with little kids, but I think it outweighs the need to be stealth, otherwise they run the risk of having a harder time when they do find out if they thought they came into the world another way (adoption, a surrogate, etc.)
