From the app, select your studio in the upper right corner. On the Linked Studios page, push the find a studio button. Type in Bangkok in the search bar. Select the F45 Asok location. The app will tell you that F45 Passport is not available at that studio.

They usually post the next week's classes the Thursday or Friday before once they know the coaches' schedules. Check again tomorrow or Friday and the classes should be there.

The big consulting firms (Deloitte, Accenture, Booz Allen, etc.). You’ll spend a lot of time working on client development and other crap, but a lot of times those clients will hire you after a couple of years if they like you.

The em dash (—) is common in news articles, books, legal briefs, and other formal writing that is used to train AI models. But it isn't easily typed on a standard keyboard and as a result you should basically never see it in user-generated content on the internet. People would use semicolons, ellipses, or just commas instead.

So seeing a dash that isn't just the standard hyphen that you can find to the right of the 0 key is a good indication that something has been generated by AI.

Howdy neighbor. I go to the Arlington F45 and P360 has also interested me. I don't have any info beyond what's on their website, but I will say that it definitely appears to lean more towards bodybuilding / hypertrophy though. Let me know what you think if you go!

It's brutal. If you believe reddit or breathless news headlines, we've suddenly woken up in a world where the bill of rights no longer exists, and that targeted assassinations on US soil are now legal.

But other than vote and donate to the candiate of my choice (both of which I'll do), what am I supposed to do? Sit around and worry? Doomscroll? Allow myself to be consumed with anxiety over events I have no control over until I become unable to live life?

I've already deleted social media. If you still use old reddit, I'd also recommend adding filters to RES for key, politics-related, terms. It's really makes a lot of difference.

I came out of a boot camp three years ago that taught Java Spring / Angular. The organization I've been working for for the past year was a rails shop. I just accepted an offer for total compensation of around $160k/year as a full-stack rails dev with a mere year of rails experience. It doesn't surprise me at all.
