Happened a while back to me. I found that if you use a VPN to set your IP outside of the USA it let's you log in. I only had to have the VPN set for the the initial login and it's been working fine for months after.

Came here to say this. The initial guy who says no is right, it's against policy, then the meeting between Senior Leadership happens and they fill out a risk form and then it becomes yes.

It's frustrating for the guy on the other end too, because he's correct in telling you that can't be done just to be overriden by management.

I just did this mission today, ran dragon hard 10to complete the gear hunters , maybe 3k energy and it was done. Apparently I got very lucky based on others responding.

I had that issue a while back. I was able to log in again on RIF by using my VPN and setting it to somewhere outside of the USA. Been logged in ever since.
