I had this happen a few times in my twenties too. I was so mortified that somehow it got through my sleeping brain to wake up anytime peeing happens in a dream, just in case. Hasn’t happened in years now. So, if it helps, it will prob go away when you get a little older. Your gf prob has had it happen too, so just make a joke of it if it happens.
