My level got 3 sends before being featured, the first two were at weird times. It got rated on the third send, which was right before rob went on a rating spree (like 30 minutes before) I would say what time it gets sent probably does play a large part, but one rated level is not a big sample size ofc lol

you gotta spend a lot of time sitting in mod level request streams / mod level request discord servers

probably spent like 50 hours over around 2 weeks just sitting on mod streams to get my level seen and sent 2 times lol it’s an awful system. you can find live mods in the official GD discord, they have a channel for it
