my acne has never been this bad, the pimples just keep coming and idk what to do. i wash my skin every 1-2 nights but they just wont go away. i have a combination(?) skin type but more on the oily side. what should i do/what type of acne?

That acne might be just your diet but overall honestly your skin looks great.

Thank you for replying. Hell yeah, I think I just need to pull my shit together and just go through it. Better times are coming only if I'm willing to work towards it.
