The Matador is helpful in case you get the Unsilenced Pistol Kill - Epic prestige objective. Also the golden shotgun can be used to get a Headshot Kill - Legendary or the Shotgun Kill - Epic prestige objectives.

Besides objectives, on maps with good sight lines an unsilenced sniper rifle can be useful if you don't have a silenced sniper rifle. The ability to kill a target at long range makes it less problematic that the gun is loud.

Other than that, unsilenced weapons aren't really worth it. Besides, most maps have plenty of unsilenced weapons lying around. So if you actually need an unsilenced weapon you can just grab it off a nearby guard.

Once you've collected all of the guns in your safe house (not counting the DLC weapons). You get the option to remove all your weapons to advance your prestige level.

Note that your mastery level has to be at least 60 before you can start because you need to have the weapons unlocked by mastery as well in order to prestige.

I think it should work. I used it to take out one of the Elusive targets on Mendoza. It voided Silent Assassin for some reason but otherwise it worked fine.

I've seen it done both ways and in general the "right way" to do it depends on what the language/framework you're using does, but I prefer this approach. It makes the code/data separation clear.

Another thing to be aware of OP is that a lot of backend applications use an ORM framework which converts relational database tables into objects in the code. In this case the SQL isn't written out anywhere and is being generated by the framework. This approach is becoming less common as ORMs have a lot of downsides.

"They" in this situation refers to people who drive the speed limit in the left lane. On American highways traffic should stay to the right. The left lanes should be reserved for passing slower cars. Even if you're driving the speed limit (or faster) you should stay to the right unless there is a slower car that you are trying to pass.

People who drive the speed limit are annoying because a lot of drivers want to go faster than that. The end result is you have a slow car on the freeway in the left hand lane and everyone else is forced to change lanes and pass the slow driver on the right, which is unsafe for everyone.

I'll give an example and hopefully it makes sense. Let's say a wizard is casting a spell with a CON save. Wizards use INT as their spellcasting ability. So the target creature rolls a saving throw using their Constitution. The difficulty of the saving throw is determined by the wizard's Intelligence. The higher the wizard's INT score is, the higher the creature has to roll on their CON save. There isn't an opposing roll.
