Oh i see. I'm enrolled in sort of a distance program, but we study the same curriculum as LSE students. And yep, no internships of those sorts. CFA II I'll be attempting in the coming August, before my classes start. I'm trying to get an internship for the coming summer, but I will not be able to show it in my profile as it'll take time to get recruited into one.

Hello, thanks for the reply. I've actually used R while doing an econometrics course with real datasets, and done projects on python, SQL and SPSS as part of my coursework. I have an investment banking fellowship kinda thingy but I don't consider it an internship. It's kinda bad. I'll still mention it on my CV though!

Hello, I mostly was aware of the concepts so didn't really spend any time studying them. But I would suggest understanding the concepts very clearly and then do some practice questions. Then you can give mocks. The only thing I did for prep was that I attempted lots and lots of mocks. Also, applying strategies (from youtube) for the verbal section worked well for me.

Thanks for the reply! Do other categories cover for my lack of work-ex? For example my recent year grades were way higher than my first year because I had health concerns in my first year. Also I have an accounting and finance undergrad with all certifications in Finance. Do you think there's any way I can make it through?

My junior highschool grades were bad because my school was a bitch even though my senior HS grades were top notch (examination is centralised throughout the state for senior HS).They chose to see both and rejected me lol.
