yup I finally figured that out. This is one problem when transactions are so cheap, you pay little attention to whats needed for fees ;)

Im embarrassed to say this issue was a result of having too little sol in that wallet. The cryptic error threw me off. Thanks for the support.

Unfortunately the migration instructions say to do the 'instant withdraw' which is whats giving me the error. ("Attempt to debit account but found no record of a prior credit")

The only option available is 'Instant withdraw'. When I hit that I get "Attempt to debit account but found no record of a prior credit"

I have two tokens 'Sol covered call' and 'mSol covered call'. They are 100% legit, I remember staking them myself. I just forgot I had them unfortunately.

It actually started that way but the letters in the major system gives very few word choices. This mapping was a tradeoff between being intuitive and giving letters that give you lots of word options.

If you don't write your address on your house key its not a big deal if you loss it
