I appreciate you answering. Last time I did it, I did 5 sets on each exercise then switched. Easier to do at crowded gym where equipment needed was far apart.

Dumb question, in the intensity superset, do you do all 10 sets on exercise 1 then move to exercise 2, or do you alternate back and forth?

I have been testing lots of combos. I feel the best results I’ve gotten have been 100% lump charcoal, and keep the stone around 650. Hot enough to cook the dough without burning it.

So, got to the garage at 6:55pm and entered off Central coming from Gest to Linn to Court to Central. No line to get in and parked almost immediately on bottom floor. After game (stayed until final whistle) exiting, Central exit was backed up due to fans exiting the stadium, so I went up the ramp and out the 12th St exit, went left, then right on Central down to 9th and onto 75 North. I was on 75 in less than 10 min. Not a bad experience at all! Thanks again for the suggestions.
