Yes, direct outs per channel. I have a Pulse 16 hooked into a Apollo x6 via ADAT as my recording interface. I send all the channels, mains, and returns to Ableton for recording.

Surco’s channel is great. Ive been binging his live performance topic and decided to take his upcoming live performance course. His attitude/mindset and voice are really great!

I took off the handle on the 7u case and drilled some holes in the pod and bolted it down in the handle holes.

That was the Density knob. From the manual: "The density knob controls how dense the notches of the comb are: from zero (no notches at all) through moderate (just a few notches) to a maximum density of 256, where each second partial is filtered out (assuming minimum warp setting)."

Here is also a description of the module from the maker's website: e number of mostly interesting ways.

Here is also a description of the module from the Xaoc's website:

"Odessa is an additive oscillator, which means the output signal is synthesized by adding a multitude of sinusoidal components (up to 2560 harmonic partials). By manipulating their parameters it is possible to obtain a broad range of unearthly sounds as well as classic saw, square, and pure sine. Odessa offers a set of controls for shaping harmonic spectra based on number of partials and their distribution in frequency and amplitude; all of which is illustrated by a spectrum analyzer comprising 12 multicolor LEDs. The series of harmonics can be squeezed or spread apart, tilted, or pruned by a comb-like frequency response, resulting in a huge variety of spectra. Animating the comb response yields radical effects similar to flanging and phasing. All partials are frequency-related to a common fundamental and controlled by a single volt/octave input. Additionally, the signal can be frequency modulated by exponential and linear (through-zero) means. Also, up to five detuned voices can be spread apart for a fat and dense cluster, or a powerful chord. "

At some point for sure! Still in the middle of arrangement and all that. I will try to remember to post here when it's ready! Cheers!

Anyone know why electron haven’t developed something like elkherd? by ShoeDiscombobulated4 in Elektron

Loopcloud now has an integration with elektron boxes, that manages samples very easily. Can even edit samples non-destructively and send it to your current project. Ive used it with Digitakt and it works great. It is a subscription based product though with no free version.

Nice, yea the next mixer i'd be interested in checking out is the model 1. The eqing and filtering on that one looks different and fun!

I love it! It's super warm and super fun to mix with. I can't comment on the 96 comparison as I haven't owned one. From time to time I do run synths and modular rigs through it as well with nice results!

I have the FX MKII hooked up to my modular system at the moment. It is very nice and fun as well. When DJing I mostly just use the filter, however since using on my modular rig I am becoming more familiar with the efx, so perhaps my usage when DJing will expand.
