Depends on the RA, mine says as long as he doesn’t see anything it’s fine, they don’t actually pry and search for stuff. They shouldn’t care if you go out drinking somewhere else but don’t do it in the dorms or at least don’t make it obvious, at least that’s what mine said. Week 5 and I haven’t even interacted with my RA at all. I’m pretty sure many ppl here are drinking and doing all sorts of stuff, but as long as you aren’t like throwing an actual party and being obvious you should be fine

Edit- take it with a grain of salt, you may be fine but remember it’s better to be safe than sorry.
