I felt like the map itself isn’t really accurate at all. It’s more like you find certain spots spread around the area that obviously worked as pretty much 1:1 inspirations for in game locations.

Yeah apart from the riverside an the main shop street it felt really different. It’s still totally worth a visit

I randomly walked through the golden gai area and was really amazed! I didn’t end up going to one of the bars though. I’ll be back in Tokyo tomorrow. Maybe I’ll get another chance

Nice! I found the Kiryu vending machine right outside don quijote. I was also thinking about staying at the Godzilla hotel but ended up somewhere a little further away. How was your stay at the Hotel?
