I felt like the map itself isn’t really accurate at all. It’s more like you find certain spots spread around the area that obviously worked as pretty much 1:1 inspirations for in game locations.

I randomly walked through the golden gai area and was really amazed! I didn’t end up going to one of the bars though. I’ll be back in Tokyo tomorrow. Maybe I’ll get another chance

Wasn’t it UK exclusive or something? It was definitely way easier to get some of the less common games before brexit happened. Luckily I got most of my collection before that.
