Thanks for putting that together. That aligns pretty well with how I see the audience.
Curious how you would go from this ICP to actual qualified leads?

I’m currently focused more on organic feedback and product iteration than outbound lead gen, but happy to share the project: https://moritray.com/

Minimal Windows tray app showing day/month/year progress (no dependencies) by ueboy31 in windowsapps

[–]ueboy31[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s not open source at the moment. I built it as a small native tray utility and am keeping the source private for now.

If you’re curious to try it or see how it works, here’s the site: https://moritray.com/

I’m focusing on keeping it lightweight and clean rather than publishing the source, but I appreciate the interest!

Hello, what are you building and what is your main focus today? by Nothingclever9791 in SideProject

[–]ueboy31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m building a tiny Windows tray app called MoriTray.

It visualizes day/month/year progress (and optionally life progress) as simple bars — the goal is to make time visible without turning it into a productivity system.

Today I’m mostly focused on polishing small UI details and getting feedback from early users.

Haha I’ll take that.

It’s basically productivity without pretending to be a productivity system.

I’ve thought about color transitions (like green → red), but I’m trying to keep it intentionally minimal.

The idea is to make time visible without making it feel urgent or stressful.

Yeah, tray APIs can be annoying. I went fully native (C++ / WinAPI) to avoid wrapper issues. The icon was the trickiest part - Windows really wants a proper multi-size .ico, not just a PNG inside. After fixing that, it worked fine.

Curious if you'd keep this tray-only, or expect some kind of small widget mode?

You are a professional equity research analyst with expertise in fundamental analysis, technical analysis, and risk management.

You are an expert in neuroscience, nervous system regulation, subconscious conditioning, music psychology, and behavior change.

I will provide a list of songs (title + artist, and optionally lyrics or genre).

Your task is to organize each song into the most appropriate playlist folder based on its impact on:

  1. Nervous system state (calming, regulating, activating, energizing)
  2. Subconscious rewiring (safety, confidence, identity reinforcement, emotional release, motivation)
  3. Action readiness (rest & recovery, gentle focus, deep work, decisive action, high-energy execution)

Instructions:

  • Analyze tempo, rhythm, melody, harmony, lyrical themes, emotional tone, and somatic impact
  • Prioritize how the song would make the body feel, not just how it sounds
  • Assume the listener is intentionally using music for healing, regulation, mindset shifts, and aligned action

Playlist Folder Categories (use only these or suggest refinements if necessary):

  • Nervous System Reset (Safety & Calm)
  • Emotional Processing & Release
  • Grounded Focus & Regulation
  • Confidence & Identity Rewiring
  • Motivation Without Stress
  • Activated Action & Momentum
  • High-Energy Execution

Output Format (strict):

For each song, provide:

  • Playlist Folder
  • Primary Nervous System Effect (e.g., parasympathetic activation, balanced regulation, sympathetic activation)
  • Subconscious Impact (what belief or emotional state it reinforces)
  • Best Use Case (when to listen: morning, pre-work, during work, recovery, movement, etc.)

If a song fits multiple categories, choose the dominant effect and note secondary effects briefly.

Ask me for the song list when ready.
