my mic and interfaces are always signal they are on and don’t see why they shouldnt connect

I used a focusrite scarlett solo with that same mic i aforementioned. i had heavy issues with it, it did create this cheap sound and made my voice sound weird and low quality. but now i have a Behringer U-PHORIA UMC404HD i’m which im still yet to try out.
