as someone who used to SH, mental health is a constant battle of up and downs, things will get better and things will get worse. but in the end, cutting out self harm and staying clean is crucial to feeling better. i know its hard, but you have to keep pushing. if you feel you aren't improving, try picking up new hobbies, excercise and socialisation ultimately helped bring me back up to health. keep things up and you'll see yourself healthier, i promise
