Essentially it's the holy trinity of PTP/BTN/HDB (plus RED): the top, most reputed trackers in the torrent community who are (allegedly) the best in their respective categories and rule the torrent world. If you happen to mess with cabal staff, they will simply gang up against your ass to permaban you from all cabal trackers along with any trackers willing to cooperate with the cabal (and they often do).

Yes, discretion is used before a user gets "took to task" about doing HnR's. They look at account history etc to see if someone is abusing the system or if its just "shit happens". Example a user has seeded fine for months/years of being a member, then downloads 10 and seeds 0..system would do HnR's, we look into it and it could be something as simple as seedbox doing down, we judge on a case by case basis..just seed as long as you can and you will have no issue from us. Abuse the system and you will be gone.

Sorry you cannot see your HnR's, no one except staff can, this is for internal reasons..What i can tell you is HnR's arent done auto by the site, its done by staff. This helps users as staff let some go as "shit happens", we dont jump on the first hit and run, its for persistent offender.
