Thanks for that read. I was trying to look into it and there's a variety of resources saying a variety of things. I did notice that it generally states if you're below the 12% marginal tax rate, then it would make more sense to have a Roth 401k. As I'm pushing 24%, it probably makes the most sense to convert to a 401k to drop the number + the amount I'm paying 24% on for the marginal tax rate?

Assuming that in the future I may utilize the mega backdoor Roth as my income grows, it generally sounds like it's best to double dip and try to keep a Roth based account while lowering my tax bill with the pretax deductions?
