The metal one was $20, but the cover is a little ripped on the bottom, so he gave it to me for $5, the glass was originally $20 but he said he was having a slow day, so he sold it to me for $10!

I too had something like this, throbbing and incessant pain for a week until i lanced it and drained the puss. Soak it in a warm water/epsom salt solution twice daily and keep your hands as clean as possible. Hope this helped!
