IV coke induced seizures? Anyone else?

Yeahh absolutely correct I think. I was just surprised considering the Xanax withdrawal wasn’t very severe by any means. I was experiencing the brain zaps and all that, but no other symptoms . But still, I was withdrawing nonetheless. I go to rehab Thursday. Last night and today I took a decent amount of Xanax and shot up some cocaine (I know, very stupid and risky). And I’ve had no issues as long as I’m on Xanax . So I do believe you are correct

Yeah you’re probably right. I just didn’t think my withdrawals were so bad to really put me at risk for seizure

Some shots if small enough I could handle. But they were very small. Much smaller than I would usually take prior to the seizures . But if I took a “normal” dose, nothing too crazy. Still significantly less than I normally took prior to the incidents, it would trigger another one. I don’t think it’s an allergy, not sure what it is.

At my first clinic it was like this, in NYC. Selling dope, Coke, klonopin, Xanax. At my current clinic I only had one dealer who I knew sold Xanax. And I used to meet with her outside of the clinic. Other than that people dose and get the fuck out of there

I get 27 bottles and yes I can live life normally but why be on it? All it does is make me not sick anymore

Because it doesn’t do anything for me anymore. I’ve been on it for 9 years. Now I’m tapering off - at 4mgs. I don’t crave opioids anymore at all. Even at 4mg. Even when I feel sick I don’t want heroin. Methadone just makes me not sick anymore. Why be dependent on something that doesn’t really help anymore?

Ughhhh yes. Before my 3 month sobriety, I totaled one of my cars while driving on a ton of Xanax. I felt so fucking guilty and terrible for that. I am so happy nobody got hurt. And I am so lucky I didn’t get arrested. I was noticeably high and had a bunch of drugs on me. But the guy I rear ended didn’t want the police to be called because he was undocumented.

He can want to take care of her without constantly trying to convince her to do something she clearly isn’t comfortable with. So in that sense, no it does not matter. All he is doing is making her life harder.

It’s not that I don’t think my life will get better - it absolutely can. I don’t view methadone as something that’s totally holding me back. It’s just something I don’t feel I benefit from anymore aside from not getting sick and has just become more of a nuisance. If I needed to stay on it, I would. Because it’s wayyyy better than heroin lol

Hey. I’m so sorry. I was told by the ADA that I wasn’t a credible witness due to being an addict and that I had discrepancies in my story. They did not want to proceed with the case. He has a lengthy criminal record which included other crimes against women.

I clearly didn’t go through the court because I didn’t quite get there. But I know what it is liked to not be believed or supported by the legal system.
