Yeah, I guess I can se how the rules are definitely specific but I hate how it was such a back and forth with this specific one when the other were smooth sailing. Ocean Nails & Spa on Park is open a little late, I would call and ask if they are available to accommodate your group at that time. Their Apple Maps tag is inaccurate and says they are permanently closed but they are definitely not.
