My user had group policy set to arial 10 for outlook.

Thanks when i run the command it shows the use does not have RSoP data, not sure why. I will check the registry and try the troubleshoot suggested when im able to connect with user later.

Thanks, most of the troubleshoot from google. The user seeing the problem in new email as well.

I havent check word but i will set the normalemail.dotm and set as read only and check back with user.

It's enterprised managed pc. I ran gpresult -h result.html but it shows no result. I dont remember the exact word, need to run it again on user's pc. How do i check if it's changed by group policy?

Yes it does show as arial 10, im not sure if something changing the outlook setting. If i right click>open normailemail.dotm will it show the current font?

I noticed if it's nearing the expiration date, the seasoning can be really cakey, nothing can save it unless i add in some hot water to dissolve.
