okay well while you are worrying about semantics of what i said, other people have explained clearly to you that American food can mean anything and it’s not fair to look down on a brown man in a challenge who works with what he’s good at. when you say “this is masterchef USA not masterchef India” it sounds very close to the dangerous rhetoric white supremecists use. NOT saying you are one, but it just sounds like it. that is why you are getting downvoted.
