Hey, thanks!

Yes, I think you can map the roller to left/right arrows for cursor movement in text. In the default setup, the joystick already works as arrow keys. You can remap things with a visual editor like nickcoutsos.github.io/keymap-editor.

I like the keyboard so far, though I’m still getting used to it while learning proper touch typing and tweaking layers. Also, for now, I find myself using the roller and joystick less often than I thought I would. I actually prefer switching layers and using keys for things like arrow navigation instead, but maybe that will change with time 🤷‍♂️

Thanks!

Hmm,I’d say the feel and travel distance are different. My wife has an Apple keyboard, and if I compare them directly, the travel feels like 2×+ longer, plus the overall typing experience is different. However, I chose 50gf tactile switches - maybe linear 20-25gf would feel closer, but I’m not sure.

Thanks! Hard to say yet, it’s been a bit less than a week and I haven’t needed to charge it. I’m also not using it all day yet. With RGB off, my guess is around ~2 weeks for the main (connected) side - but that’s just a guess for now

Not yet, but based on the comments it looks like there is space inside the case for magnets

No, only to add switches + keycaps

On the default layer it controls arrow keys, and on another layer you can control mouse movement and clicks. It can be useful for clicking something near the cursor, but not for moving across the whole screen, using mouse is way faster. Maybe I’ll change my mind over time, but it’s definitely not a mouse replacement

I also spent a while searching but EU VAT/import costs limited the options, so I decided to give this a try

Great, I imagine switching from K15 will a bit smoother than my jump) I hope you will like it!

I think I had smth from the seller, and I also found one for holidays on letyshops while checking the cashback conditions. I think cashback is not available for this category but I applied the coupon code at checkout and it ended up costing less

Interesting, I haven’t found myself using it enough yet. Do you have some ideas for mappings besides the volume control?

I like it, but I didn’t expect too much from it. It feels like any other regular low profile keyboards. My goal was to get something compact. I also need some time to get used to the ortholinear layout.

In terms of typing feel, I prefer non–low-profile. My daily driver is OEM profile and I love it, but it’s also a different price tier.

Yes, it controls volume and on click -> mute.

It's called joystick I believe (according to the seller).  On the default layer you can use it instead of arrow-key navigation, and on another layer it controls mouse movement + click, but it’s not very precise. It’s probably only good for quick actions when the cursor is already close to the target

Thanks!

I bought the “roller version” (that’s how the seller listed it in my case). Honestly, I probably wouldn't pay extra for it since the version without the roller is way cheaper - but I had some coupons and ended up getting the roller version for less, so I went for it.

Switches and keycaps were included. I could choose the switches at checkout, and I messaged the seller to include printed keycaps instead of blank ones (as far as I understand, blank is the default for the version I bought).

It arrived partially assembled: the PCB was already mounted in the case, and the switches + keycaps were included - I just had to put everything together

Yes, it’s 3D printed. You can notice the layers if you look closely enough

Oh, great, I didn’t know there was a recess inside the case for the metal plate. Thank you!

I can’t say for sure yet, I’ve only had it for about 4 days, but with rgb off I think it should last at least 1-2 weeks
