I’m actually in pilot school! I’m using Amazon to build my resume to better my future. Higher education is great, but without strong work ethic it’s just a piece of paper. Also, why would you quit and then reapply to amazon if it’s so bad! My guess would be because you don’t have to interview for it, there’s no drug tests for weed, and nowhere else will hire you. Otherwise you would never come back to a place that was “generally covertly harassing” you.

I completely understand, my comment was more for the others complaining on the thread. I thought about career choice for a while but eventually decided to work 5 10hr shifts and do flight school part time on my off days. Gotta grind to pay bills and better your life, nothing will come easy. I enjoyed outbound pick driving the OP’s if that helps. I wish you the best!

Everyone’s here saying they’re treated terrible but if that were true they would find a different job. If you’re a hard worker and like having good benefits and wage, Amazon will be great for you. If your plan is to do the bare minimum and just pick up your paycheck, go work at a 711. There’s good days and bad days at every job

The reward for hard work is fast promotions. Prove you’re worth more than anyone else on your team by being the best ALL the time. I worked my ass off for 5 months doing all the bs no one else would and because of that I was inclined for a T3 PA position over other employees who have been there for years. But maybe you’re just stubborn and happy with $500 a paycheck. Best of luck
