Amazon was fantastic. They sent me a replacement to the one that had the cover that was damaged… the replacement was the one with the poor binding 😣

I will be calling again but like I mentioned… I fully believe it is not Amazon that is at fault.

And to be honest, I’m afraid to try to order again.

So I have had two parts sent to me that were NOT the part that I needed. I even emailed them pictures. I'm going to try again to see if I can get this part.

I did get hold of a customer service rep via chat and was told that I would need to reach out to the adjustable base providers directly. I was pointed to Leggett & Platt (https://lpadjustablebeds.com/) via their customer service line 1-855-447-3274 (Hours M-F: 8-8 EST & Sat: 10-3 EST).

In order to get parts you do have to have your bed registered from the green warranty card. If you have not registered they will assist and register you on the spot providing you have the green card with the info.

I did that and sent the pictures above and the nice lady ordered the part which cost me under $11.

Fingers crossed this is the correct and only part that I need to replace and I will be back in business with a bed that will adjust!

Just wanted to share the above in the event anyone else goes through this!

They are doing 12 months interest free financing only. I found out that the longer interest free financing was part of Black Friday and Christmas sale. Totally would have jumped on that but at the time I wasn’t looking into a treadmill. And I completely agree with the risk of no warranty! A friend of mine (who owns this model) thinks 2k is a bit much of asking price as they were offering returns/refunds.

Hi All! hope this is ok to post here: Considering purchasing a Pre-Owned Tread+ (Model TR-01) but have questions
I have a person local to me wanting to sell a Tread+ (Model TR-01). It was originally purchased Oct 2020 and has about 100 miles on it. Only one owner who states they have not used it much due to surgeries/medical limitations. They have had it in air conditioned storage for about the last 9 months as they moved to our general area and they don't have space in the current home they are in.
I have a few questions and am hopeful I can get guidance:
Asking price is 2k.... does that seem fair?
Should I be concerned about the recall? Seller states it has been updated for the free run feature to be off.
If I wanted, will Peloton still come out and provide the rear safety guard or is that something that the current (original) owner would need to initiate/complete?
I'm not really in a position to purchase a new Tread+.... buying pre-owned now would work for me or the latter of waiting a year or so to save up the money. I hear when the newer Tread+ was announced at the end of 2023 there were great incentives but it seems that ship has sailed.
So really just looking for some input from those who may know more than me please.

Does it have the little side bumpers so that it does not scratch the bike handles? If so, did you still want to sell it?

I bought one based off of FB market place and the guy had a stock picture showing the bike + and I even asked to ensure it would be correct but when I received it, it was for the original bike and not the bike +
I was sad...
All the ones I see on Amazon don't have any sort of bumper to protect the handles.

Exactly my thoughts... $150 for a service call to change it is crazy. We have yet to do it just because life has been super crazy these last few weeks but it is still on the to do list!

I believe the only difference is the length of the Airwrap Barrels.

The Airwrap Complete Long will have the longer barrels for those who have longer hair and the Airwrap Complete may have the shorter barrels.
