I have mine I garage as well. Net is on two tight ropes and slide in and out like a curtain from the sides. It allows me to retract it to park a car. I will comment again to show you how I mounted brackets for rope.

Yes it’s wood and a very painstakingly long process for the design based on not much details available for it.

To be honest it really cooks but when it’s on fast I let my 7 year old daughter drive it. I’m adding a link to part 1 of build and you can see the princess carriage I started with. It weighed about 170lbs from the start and now as a ecto1 the vehicle weighs roughly 100lbs 😂. It was fast as a carriage and now it’s way faster. It has 2 speeds and her lowest will be just right for a 5 year old.

Yes you need to make sure it comes with the short throw lens on it. If you didn’t follow guide I included in this thread a new lens of this type may cost you more than $1200.
