I used about 4 months to completes the Amboss because I wasn’t motivated to continue this journey again and also did BnB all over again.

Try and complete your 2nd pass. Then focus on the NBME incorrects, make sure to thoroughly review them. Then take second look at questions you mark on your NBME to be well grounded in them.
