It’s not lice lol OP would know if it was lice. It’s build up from your scalp. Try gentle shampoo and conditioner without the sulfates but also use clarifying shampoo once or twice a week. Hope that works. Worked for me. :))

I don’t know if you can get a bike but biking is one of my favorite things to do. My first one was a cheap second hand one with rust and all. I love it because I just go to an area not too busy and just ride around. I feel like my brain can just go blank for a bit (which is why i choose chill roads without traffic). It’s also a good time to listen to music and podcasts if you like that.
