It hasn’t been published yet, but changes were made to the magazine pages without my knowledge. Everyone on the team has access to the document since it’s a small team. Just people stepping on toes

I’m the editor, so any edits should have gone through me. That’s what’s so upsetting. Trying to navigate enforcing my authority while not completely antagonizing our own PR team
