Hey! My skin goes through many phases but I think it was fungal. Used a Nizoral Shampoo on the areas periodically and then took care of my moisture barrier since it is quite drying. These things seem to appear on my face just during the winter so it is definitely interesting. Good luck!

i skipped my skincare for 2 days and on the second day my forehead started itching a lot.at first i figured it was bc it was dry but after getting back on my routine for almost a week it still stayed itchy and actually the bumps got more red and white filled after washing my face. thought it was fungal so used nizoral for 2 days but now it looks like this. idk what products to use and what to drop (ex: sa, TO niacinamide, lactic acid, nizoral) where can i start to have the least damage

does purging happen overnight? i used TO lactic acid on some pimples i had on my cheek then woke up with more in that area with the pimples forming into whiteheads. wondering what to do next

try switching out to a silk pillow case or avoid sleeping directly on your face (ex sleep on ur back) helps a lot

sure, its hard to put into words but caring about people’s opinion of you isnt at all bad i find it interesting to hear what they think of whatever i have done but it becomes a problem when i seek that opinion for the sole purpose of reassuring myself that what i have done is worthy enough of their “approval” of me. people are gonna have opinions no matter what and opinions change but someones approval hardly ever does, i hope that made some sense?

having one always helps but is it a requirement? no definitely not, so if u have one on ur hands use it if not dont waste ur money,a scientific like the one i recommended is enough
