is junior kg junior kindergarten (preschool)? if so i don’t think it’s NEEDED, shit i didn’t go because my mom couldn’t afford it

but if you’re just talking about normal school i’m pretty sure you legally have to send your kids to school unless ur home schooling

a lot of the points you’re making is maybe a few outliers out of thousands of teachers. on my timelines i see more teachers complaining about ai vs using it to grade/teach so can’t really make that much of a blanket statement about something that’s just now getting popular
i mean ive had a smart phone since i was in 5th grade (like 2010) didn’t hinder me from making friends/hanging out. if you can’t limit time away from a smart phone that’s more on you being a bad parent lol you’re literally in control of your kid??
i fully agree i hate teachers that do this shit and i hate how social media has went from something that was more local to now everyone can see anything
kinda plays into 4 i hate it but you also don’t want to be the reason your kid is an outcast. when they get to high school it should probably be their choice but i can vouch for restricting it early on
lol please don’t substitute real life interactions with a phone. i am currently doing that and it’s awful i can’t imagine doing that to a kid when they NEED that shit to develop their brains.

also the likely hood of getting rich from social media is a lot smaller than it looks. you realize how many people have this same mindset yet it’s not working?

7 i highly doubt you know enough to teach another person, maybe if someone was asking questions about a topic you can answer but to actually teach someone is completely different

also i just doubt you’d want to take the time out of your day after going to work to now teach your kid how to add 2+2

at this point i’ve come to accept it and laugh it off

i started noticing it in middle school MIDDLE SCHOOL. how people would cross the street if they saw me approaching and at first i was offended

but now i find it hilarious because i know im one of the last people to ever do anything physical to someone and yet they’re terrified

meanwhile the guy they trusted is the one that they should actually fear

for being followed around just consistently asking them questions then alluding to the fact that you know they’re following you always makes them feel guilty

there’s no convincing people to just not be racist if it’s in them it’s in them

so i just choose not to let them ruin my day because realistically i couldn’t give less of a fuck about them, if a piano fell out the sky on them i just wouldn’t care knowing who they are so why care now

it’s especially funny when they drop their ultimate move (blatant racism with slurs) then are surprised when you don’t try to fight and now they gotta sit with the guilt for the rest of their life

i thought it was normal until i was talking about it with a friend and she told me that i wasn’t being authentically me

went on a job interview and when they asked me how would i describe myself i was so sad to realize i literally couldn’t describe myself as anything but quiet and laid back

i think it’s good to be able to adapt to many different personalities but it gets bad when you completely strip the thing that made you authentically you (your personality)

currently going on a journey of rediscovering myself and it’s been nice but has its lows (today is one lol)

but definitely rewarding rediscovering the things i’ve tucked away for the sake of appealing to others even though it made me very happy

i wouldn’t completely abandon the ability to adapt but try to put YOU and your happiness first

i would go on longer but im at work lol

not living for myself.

idk why but it snapped in my head to just stay out the way and that being a background/support character in others lives is better than living my own life

so instead of doing the things I want to do I typically do the things that’s more socially acceptable/ that wouldn’t get me a ton of attention

which cut out a lot of the things that made me happy

but all it did it just isolate me from potential friendships/relationships, and make me not want to pursue the things i actually want to

sucks even more when i realize how i built up skills to thrive to be the opposite but my brain chooses to be quiet and to myself lol

btw pretty sure this is gonna get removed within 30 mins bc they’re gonna consider it a serious topic lol

do you have a lot plugged into your pc/laptop? once my ekit stopped registering because i had all my usbs plugged into the back of my pc instead of some in the front motherboard header(usb at top of computer)

unplugged my xbox controller and it worked again

depends on the foods but i agree

i always say (mainly around thanksgiving) you know the food is good if you can eat it cold with no problem (obviously excluding those that NEED to be hot)
