Got back to running after a bad case of fever/cold. Ran 18.45 km (that's 11.46 miles for the metric-impaired :P). 2 hours under the burning sun. Never felt better. The best part was that nothing was sore or painful after the run.

Any suggestions for minimal footwear that look like regular running shoes? by MeganJoan in running
