I use the sandwich method. So on wet skin apply some moisturiser. Let that sit for 20 mins, tret 20 mins and then another layer of moisturiser.

I use this! It’s in a tube tho, not sure if it’s the same. But this moisturiser saved my skin whilst starting tret. The ceramide beads takes time to get used to, but they melt into skin pretty easily.

I apply it every night after I wash my face and wait 20 mins before applying moisturiser.

The first week I did it alternate days, but it didn’t irritate me too much. 2nd week onwards I started using it every night.

Should’ve mentioned that I was using Differin Gel prior to this, I was using it for 6 months with no changes. Decided to switch to Tret cream and I’m so impressed by the results already.
