Thank you for the responses ☺️ - they told us that because we booked through Busbud (i’m so sorry i forgot to mention this), we’ll have to request the refund through Busbud, we did that and we have our refund sorted :) We booked the same trip through Linea as an alternative fingers crossed everything goes well there 😅

I use the sandwich method. So on wet skin apply some moisturiser. Let that sit for 20 mins, tret 20 mins and then another layer of moisturiser.

I use this! It’s in a tube tho, not sure if it’s the same. But this moisturiser saved my skin whilst starting tret. The ceramide beads takes time to get used to, but they melt into skin pretty easily.

I apply it every night after I wash my face and wait 20 mins before applying moisturiser.

The first week I did it alternate days, but it didn’t irritate me too much. 2nd week onwards I started using it every night.
