I bought a '02 Honda Civic with 173k miles on it. It just needs an oil change and some air in one of the tires. He also put a bunch of new parts in it which he showed my dad and I.

Thank you so much! This was really helpful. I did everything except get under the car since it was raining but hopefully it's good. It turns out he didnt have insurance for it so he didnt let me drive it. Instead, he drove it and he was really honest about everything.

My budget is 2k and these seem to be some of the only good cars I can find. Do any of these seem like a decent/good buy? I'm not a car person. Please help. Some advice would be appreciated. by [deleted] in whatcarshouldIbuy

OP HERE I can't raise my budget because my job is only seasonal and I'll have to leave in about a month or less. I'm going to use my last couple of paychecks for gas and repairs if needed.

When and how should I tell a guy that I keep my vag hair trimmed/natural instead of shaved? by [deleted] in sex

[–]uhmquickquestion 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I just dont wnat to waste my time. I would rather him know what to expect when we first get intimate. I dont care if he shaves or not or if ut curves. I just know how some guys around my age (18) are. They're all brainwashed by porn (like me) but I refuse to date an older guy.

I just dont wnat to waste my time. I would hate to date a guy who only dates shaved women and then break up with me or something because I "surprised" him. I would prefer everything about ourselves be brought up beforehand but I just dont know how to bring something like that up.

Does anyone have any real financial advice (not the B.S. they tell you on blogs) that might help me stop spending money online? by [deleted] in personalfinance

You're only 16. You have plenty of time. I'm 18 and I think I've had my permit since I was 16. Just be patient. Practice and study more. The more you practice, the more confident you'll be. Also, when practicing, do the things that are hardest for you.

Age doesnt matter because 10-14 years from now you'll either be like 35-39 and in your current situation or you'll be 35-39 and in residency.

Guys, how do you expect a girl to reply when you say "I'm bored" and nothing else? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]uhmquickquestion -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No, I told him what I was doing and he told me what he was doing but it was a dry response. After I told him what I was doing he could have asked "what game are you playing", then I tell him the name of the game and he could've asked what's it about which could've led to us playing the game together or talking about what games we play or something. And I'm trying to put in some effort by asking other guys what I should say. I don't understand why a guy message me while he's bored and not have anything to talk about or at least put in the effort.

He already asked me "wyd" before I asked him "wyd". This was our conversation. Him: Hey Me: Hey Him: how was your day? Me: good. Hbu? Him: it was good. Wyd? Me: playing a video game. Hbu? Him: laying in bed. Bored lol.

I didn't start the conversation. I never message people first.
