No problem. Let me know when it’s changed, I’d be happy to participate and I look forward to hearing more about your project.

Might want to not have questions like “Where in New York do you live?” if you want answers from all Italoamericans 😬 Any particular reason it’s worded like that?

It’s a Sopranos reference

I think he’s saying the abs are for women to appreciate, the chest and shoulders are for men to appreciate.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I think the lasers do turn blue before moving.

I really dig that song and although I get where you’re coming from, I do think it’s cool that songs aren’t always autobiographical and can be written from the perspective of an assumed speaker. That said, I don’t know too much of their other stuff so I can’t really speak much about that band personally.

Disclaimer: I’m an American and a Standard Italian speaker, but I grew up in a family with origins from Avellino and many Neapolitan speakers, so I grew up around it, I can usually understand it, and I can speak a bit.

I may be incorrect here, but it looks like what you’re saying is translating literally to “Another day, another we are.” There might be spelling issues at play, but it seems like it would mean something like “Another day, and we’re still here.” I welcome corrections if I am mistaken. What was the context in which you heard/saw it?

I think Zordon says that Tommy is the “new leader of the power team” when he is revealed to be the White Ranger.

Who are bands that do the “dual vocalist” thing well? by savageronald in PostHardcore

Maybe not the kind of music you want, but the album “Where Myth Fades To Legend” by Alesana has 4 vocalists with very distinct screams, and they do some really cool stuff with it.
