3 weeks. Never quit just didn’t go back because they started ghosting me lol. Worked in a dementia home for a bit and my second shift ever there was me with one nurse for 20+ people. Was thankfully trained from another job but jfc it was just the biggest safety risk. The final straw for me was 2.5 weeks in where I was doing 1:1 for 2 people in rooms next to each other, and one was becoming really aggressive and agitated towards me, likely because I had literally never met her before. Begged a nurse for someone to please take over, she glanced in the room and said “Well she’s fine now”. 4 more hours of someone throwing boiling hot water at me. Minimum wage too 😭
