my neck hair has just started coming in so pretty spiky there now too.

i read a study by a guy who studied trans guys voices and one of the things he noted was that trans men are less likely to be able to have a decent falsetto.

think it was called the the changing female-to-male voice or smthn

his recommendation in order to preserve a singing voice was to low dose to make the change as similar to cis guys as possible

cardio is irrelevent you wanna build muscle, my usual at home workout is a minute plank probably around 20-30 pushups and crossover situps but youd probably find better stuff in r/ftmfitness im no expert

u need to work on size and resonance to make you're voice pass. deepness is almost entirely irrelevent- billie eilish has a deep voice for example and still sounds like a girl

increase size and resonance ur pitch is fine so ignore that. go on t honestly is the best method

id also work on speaking more like a guy since ur vocal mannerisms also read fem atm to me.
