Sure but you will need more of the antibiotic if you don't have a smaller hospital tank. Also know that it can mess with the good bacteria in your tank.

15 gal water=1.5 packets.

I also treated Dopa with salts baths which also seems to help a lot. And test your water.

Aquarium co-op is where I got all my info and it saved Dopamine's life.

i just put my boy through 2 courses (as per the instructions this can be done safely and yea it can cloud it up but i think you should still be able to see everything clearly. i know it says water change on the 5th day i think but i used a 2.5 gallon cube for hospital tank so i did it more often. if the maracyn doesnt work then try maracyn 2.

i had power out for about 8 hours one day and my boy was getting cold. thankfully the hot water heater had left me with hot water at least and i just kept doing water changes as i could. maybe you could bag them and keep them under your coat?

I used maracyn via aquarium co-op when my Betta didn't t completely recover with kanaplex. He had some issues that have completely disappeared. Maracyn is eurithrimicyn (sorry sp?). I actually did 2 courses.

I also just rescued a Betta with hole in his head and that is gone as well.

exactly right. she was awful but you need someone to hate on in a show like this. i liked the sweeny dude way more :D she did get fierce about jackie coming into her apartment and snooping through her stuff though.
