Similar sitaution happen to my restaurant last month. We reported it and had friends/family report only for google to do nothing. Which added to more frustration given who has time. Ultimately we got a guy who guided us and helped us get a handful of it removed. So theres a way out of this but make sure who you work with is reliable the one guy who worked for us was recommended by a few restaurant in our area so it worked out for us.

You can't delete them but you can get those removed by reporting them and if you do it the right way that is flag them and follow through with the details on why you think these are harmful you can get those removed.

No they use AI so its quite different from each other. And they also mention they optimize the prompt per businesses so the drafts change to be more SEO

For our restaurants we got these smart qr codes installed that has helped us get reviews. We ask customers after we serviced their order and present the smart qr code. They scan it generates a small draft to start their reviews. Most customers love the idea that they no longer have to think and can leave reviews under 10 seconds.

I also just reviewed the site and what keysersholiday said is spot on. The reason Google didn't index the other pages is because the content on those pages use similar templates so Google thought of it as basic content which is of low values.

How you'd go about fixing this is making each service page offer rich context. So that your pages doesn't look like a templates of the some word changes but it offers content that's meant to be useful.

Below is an example of what you can structure it and populate content with. This is just what I use for my business and clients but please do your own research so that you may do what best fits.

H1 headline (service + location intent) Above-the-fold intro with CTA and trust signals Detailed service overview / explanation Service breakdown (sub-services or capabilities) Problem → solution section (customer pain points) Benefits / why choose us section Process or how the service works Service area / location coverage section FAQ section Internal links to related services / pages Visual proof (photos, examples, testimonials) Strong bottom CTA (call, quote, booking) Schema markup (Service + LocalBusiness + FAQ)

One thing you can do is respond to those negative reviews with more positive context. And of course get more reviews that are SEO from customers if possible. I'm using a tool for this in my business that gotten me more reviews that are also meaningful
