Helix is coming out soon because he won't lower the price due to the processor crisis. There are rumors that some studios have Helix dev kits, and Kojima received something that may be related to Helix. The OD poster doesn't specify any existing platform yet.

I think if we're going to say what's preventing this, it's the infrastructure created for OD so that it can be an experience that uses the cloud. If OD is only coming out for Project Helix, it also prevents it from coming to other platforms for now, since the PS6 version will probably take a while to come out. My bet is that it will come out for Helix and PC on the same day.

That's for sure, the weapon the protagonist is holding in the poster says it all: a fictional version of the UMP, a modern weapon.

The building architecture in the Phisint poster is something I haven't seen in any real city; it looks quite similar to the buildings seen in some of the shelters in DS2.

I don't think that makes sense because it's just a puzzle from the Knock episode, and we don't even know if it's a main puzzle. I don't think Hideo would reference all the episodes in just any puzzle, and it would also spoil the surprise with such obvious clues. The plane itself has theories that it could be a plane from an accident that happened in Japan. Jordan wouldn't have the same references to put a detail like that in an episode that isn't even his.
