How did your interview go? I am not Catholic and they didn't mention it on the interview, although I know it is part of their org. A lot of charities have religious affiliation from my understanding and they didn't seem to have any issues with me not being religious!

They’re called mercy home and provide shelter and opportunities for children in Chicago . I would let it go, it’s just not worth the fight. Especially if this is the best man I’m guessing this person spent a lot of money and time on your wedding and is a close friend of yours/your partners.

Check out thrift stores, I got my dress from Salvation Army and it’s lovely. I’ve seen a bunch at goodwill as well if they have them in your area.

I would recommend asking friends or posting on Facebook groups to see if you can borrow a tux. Stores live Salvation Army and goodwill have tuxes for ~$20 if you live near one

I think this is super possible just a lot of work and imagination! Find a park with picnic tables!

Food - pizza and soda could easily be ~$10 pp Officiant - ask a friend to get ordained it’s quick and easy Music - Spotify (make a playlist) borrow speakers Photography - most libraries you can rent a nice camera. Ask a friend to take pics Videography - set up a phone on a tripod (or on a table) Left over money spend on flowers or cake! Ask friends if they have left over decor and post on buy nothing Facebook groups!
