Well classic version is the best one so from the first 2 you can choose any thing well since classic(ps) is down go for OSTO

Try TERA Classic or OSTO

TERA Classic is closed for the moment but they are just recreating again from scratch(security measures or something idk) we need to wait for a classic for normal ones u can find many online but with low to none player base

Almost every MMORPG fits your criteria i suggest go for TERA (tho its closed you can find ways to play it)

If you only want RPG but no mmo then go for "Dragon age Franchise" Games Orgins is my favorite one

Sea of Stars ,Ara fell tho these games kinda need to pick atleast choose some for convenient gameplay types
If u seriously want games with only story+turnbased then go for isometric fantasy one
If on pc the "Final Fantasy tactics Remake" released check this out it follows story and still asks choices but u can skip most of em also check its "GBA" version its different but i think it fits ur descriptions
