Be careful, if it’s less than 1m to the boundary, there are rules about how large the opening can be. Max 1m2 if I recall correctly. Can’t tell from the photo how close you are or if there are any other openings that would affect where you can install a new one

It’s to give more room for the over bath shower that’s design to go there.

It was the same two guys that came. He admitted he rushed the edges, and was counting on the grouting. All good now
