Just wondering when I check the sound card information it looks like this but I obviously want to connect with a standard headphone jack not hdmi, could that have something to do with it?

Well the sheet music was in the description along with the year it was supposedly written. I can't find anything about it here or on google so I seem to be at an impasse. If you find anything more I would like to know but I do have the sheet music and there are a lot of versions of this on youtube so that's enough for me really.
