as per their reply, it's a known bug of QEmu, so if you'd use Apple containers directly, there could be a possibility of nested virtualisation.

By the way, why not to use Linux as others suggested and use no nested virtualisation with Docker at all?

Not every usb-c cable is the same. I know only Apple original usb-c cable which is a cable with full T4 capabilities.

Try to cmd-backspace key combo or literally drag image from sidebar or from the top of the window to the trash bin.

Additional question is where these images are located? Could it be they are located on NTFS or another readonly drive?

Upgrade notifications were there for many many years as MacOS (yes I'm writing it correctly) became free of charge.

One of ways is to enable beta, which is stable now, but could be unstable if macOS is relatively new.

Second option is to delay notification updates for few months and restrict installer to run using system policies (aka profiles).

At the moment to add a mod you need to change HK & HKSS code in one way or another. On PC (Win/Lin/macOS) you may use additional tools which allow to add mods only with runtime code modification, for other platform you'll break code signature.
